Corbin's Confections - Salem

Corbin's Confections created our wedding cake, and it was truly incredible! As someone with a severe gluten allergy, I always find big events stressful, and I really wanted to enjoy my own wedding cake. We chose a vanilla layer, a maple layer, and a chocolate layer, and each one was fantastic. No one could tell that it was gluten-free, and it was also egg-free! We received countless compliments, and it was absolutely stunning. Thank you all so much for making my cake dreams a reality!

I drove from Lynchburg to get dairy-free cupcakes for my son's birthday, and they were absolutely amazing! I also loved having the opportunity to chat with the owner about her work and her approach to things. My mom saw her on the news and told me about Corbyn's Confections! I highly recommend this place as there is a low risk of cross-contamination or mix-ups since it's a small business rather than a large franchise. I'm a big supporter of local businesses, especially during the pandemic!

The delightful scent of sweets greets you before you even reach the front door! The atmosphere is clean, the staff is friendly, and the customer service is excellent. The allergy-free donuts and cupcakes are absolutely fantastic!
