Capitol City Grill - Salem

Super small steaks, dry thin pork chop. Fries, cesar salad, bread and drinks were good

This restaurant is on the verge of becoming one of my favorite Salem, Oregon dinner stops

We were staying at the hotel and it was a good call to try the Grill you also get with IHG too

We had an out of town guest with us. He ordered a cocktail which was good. Also wine w his meal,however, we had to remind the food manager to serve it. My husband had fish and chips which were served partially cooked. Also since Holiday Inn took over the size of the fish and chips and batter has changed for the worse. Our friend had salmon and vegetables which was by far the best entree we ordered. The bright spot was the desserts. They had a new pastry chef. We ordered a large piece of double chocolate cake that was scrumptious! A somewhat mixed review but we would return
