ALWAYS BUSY, ZERO PARKING USUALLY. NOT MY FAVORITE, SOME CONFERENCE ROOMS DO NOT HAVE AN OPTION TO ADJUST THE THERMOSTAT AND IT CAN BE HOT, REALLY HOT JUST FYI. Update they still haven 't fixed the thermostat in the small conference rooms, but their barista services downstairs have gotten much better. Lots of religious activities going on early mornings, it seems, and pyramid scheme individuals frequent at times.

BCH is a dream! For the past year, I've been coming here to do work, school work, and drink coffee. It's like a second home some days! Their pastries, from Doughhook Bakery, are all exquisite. The quality of their coffee is phenomenal. The baristas know the coffee they're serving and are friendly about sharing that knowledge! Their space is open and inviting. Overall, just a wonderful time! I highly recommend hanging out here to enjoy some good quality coffee!

What a waste of a lovely space. I gave back the cappuccino and walked out after trying 2x to get them to acknowledge that 1) it was cold, and 2) it was not extra foamy like I repeatedly tried to ask for. Started out rough when the cashier did not say thanks for my dollar tip, never smiled. Could it get worse? Yes, indeed. As soon as my order was done I immediately knew it was not foamy. I said, oh, I 'm sorry, did I not used the correct words? I asked for half wet, half dry. He counters, that IS foamy. I say, feels heavy. But I tried to drink it. It was coldish. Room temp at best. I eat the 1 inch of foam, and go back to the counter. It 's not hot . He argues again, it is how it should be. I say, there was barely any foam. Look, its all wet to the top of the cup. To which he continues explaining why this bad coffee is correctly made. I interrupted with Look, I don 't want to argue , to which he still argues I 'm just explaining . For future reference, don 't double down on bad coffee with bad customer service.

Best latte of my life. so beautiful. the man that made it was really kind and i had a really pleasant experience here.
