Big Blue Thai Bbq - Salem

I’ve been eating here at least once a week since I found it. I had the green curry and coconut shrimp for my birthday dinner. This food is that worthy! Everything is worth a try, haven’t been let down yet. Thanks you guys!

Okayyyy can we please just take a minute and juuuuuuuuust Y'all when I say that this plate is blessed, it's not an exaggeration. The Thai grilled pork plate was highly marinated and flavored. Whatever, just get here and order something you won't be disappointed

Never, ever, in my whole life, have I ever had Thai food that was this good, and I love Thai food. First, the people that run this cart are lovely, but more importantly their food is top notch! If y’all don’t try them you’re gonna miss out on a full flavor explosion in your mouth!

When I was stationed in Guam my buddy and I would surf the boat basin on the weekends and when we finished for the day, there were all these food trailers lining the parking lot. We were starving after surfing all morning, and the smell wafting off of the grills from those trailers was irresistible. The food they made was so fresh, delicious and nourishing. Really, really good. And the people were local, friendly and proud of the work they put out. This place is like that. Highly recommend.
