Bentley's Grill The Grand In Salem

I ordered the seafood risotto, but it was simply dry white rice sitting in a thin tomato sauce, mostly accompanied by chewy seafood. A friend who ordered steak received it overcooked and limp, which we found to be quite strange. The service was satisfactory, and the staff handled our complaints when we decided to send our meals back and leave without eating. We waited nearly an hour to receive our dishes, all of which we ultimately returned. I’ve seen many positive reviews for this place, so it may have just been an off night. I felt it was important to share my experience.

We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was fantastic, and our reservation was promptly honored. Our server, Dustin, was attentive and offered excellent service, along with great recommendations from the menu. The rest of the staff assisting with our service were also very helpful.

The food was outstanding. However, the waiter could have been quicker with the drink refills.

Everything was great. Gave us free dessert for our anniversary.

Food was excellent and the service was great! Took my son here for his 40th birthday and it was perfect. I will definitely be going back again soon!
