The whole experience was just okay. Eat was cooked. the cleanliness was not on par. it wasn't like previous visits. also after that I didn't feel the best. disappointed is the only way to describe the visit.
I love this place, but it seems to have gone completely down lately. was in front of me today with only one table and waited 30 minutes for 3 tacos. it took almost 10 minutes until the guy knew I was in the restaurant waiting for order. a person who works the register, the served and the work of the grill is pathetic. they may not be able to run a successful business. prices rise, but service and quality seem to go to the other direction. Last time, I got someone else. was not even what I ordered. lady told me she would make a note of it, so I had a loan. the next time I came into the person at the theke just looked at me and said we didn't have any credit for her. came back today, hoping that the dinge improved. sad to say they are worse, it seems. ? last trip to west salem azuls. the spicy chicken teriyaki taco is unusable. idk what happened to him, but a bite, and I'll spit it out right away. tastes like a salt lick. barrio taco is the same wise. extremely salty. all three tacos are terrible. what a waste of money that was. he cannot be expected to do everything himself. dude tried his best. Meals to the müll. sad.
I can't seriously explain how good the tacos are. the personal is also amazing. no sweat, throw a dart on the menu (this part does not really do) and buy. guaranteed it will be amazing.
Non-descript from the street (Edgewater), and easy to miss when you drive by. The food is terrific, not cheap, but worth it, because it's excellent. My go-to here is the shrimp burrito with the addition of guacamole. Spacious outdoor seating areas with basic wooden and metal tables behind the very tall privacy fencing that runs along the sidewalk. One of my favorites in West Salem.
