Arby's - Salem

I really like arby's... but the whole reason is food is cooked when I order trying to keep up with the cheaper burger joints has left food pre-prepaired cheese stick fries the like are served cold if I wanted that I would go to a cheaper

Arrived late unable to go in but the gentleman at the drive-thru I didn't catch his name but he's got shoulder-length hair tall and very broad shoulders was extremely nice I believe his name was Aryan and he made sure to make sure that our order was correct and we had no issues whatsoeverParking: Easy to get in easy to get out

Just stopped here coming from Seymour at a baseball game and there is only 5 other people in here eating besides us and we ordered our food and waited for about 10 mins for it which is fine but when we went to eat it our fries were completely not even Luke warm and I got a gyro and my nephew got a chicken wrap and both weren't even warm either. So my question is why did we have to wait on our food when it was already cold!!

Terrible order speed around lunch, Cars line up to the *exterior* road quickly due to having an absurdly short queue space . However, as a result, The food is generally hot and fresh. I've never gotten cold or old fries, and meat portions are generally adequate, though I've had problems with cooled French dip sauce in the past.The drive thru staff are always pleasant
