April's Ii - Salem

I love this place the food is delicious you get a lot of it the price is not bad at all!

We went here to a whim while we visited the city of Salem. I eat a lot of diner food during the trip and that was honestly some of the best I had in years. To begin, despite relatively busy, the entire restaurant was impeccable. I mean, it was remarkably clean. The service was very fast and personal, something very appreciated because we were starving. The food was tasteful, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The presentation was also great. Not too much creativity you can order eggs and toast (I tried April's Delight), but I saw many dishes coming with edible flowers on them. Very impressed. We are often in the area and will come back.

I love April, but today the sales outlet was off!! I checked my order. Simple breakfast Burrito bacon egg cheese. I received a sausage, egg, cheese, paprika, onion tomatoes.. New came the bacon was close to raw tomatoes in it, eggs were Gooey. Try to eat it and legit gagged. Hardly one side and went outside to throw everything up. Oh, and my honey said his fries taste like old oil. Still love April, but not again to this place..

Back to breakfast and it was delicious!! The picture is mine and the Hollandaise sauce was great?

Got a simple coffee and and some toast. But I am kinda picky about hot coffee.. I'm an iced Dunkies person. But everything was perfect.. asked for my rye toast slightly darkened with butter. They gave me ample butter on it.. then some on the side as well.. coffee extra light extra Sugar, before my coffee was done , she asked if I wanted a top off. And another girl(not my waitress asked if I wanted more when I got low again.Great customer service. They cleaned my table in front of me before I sat, and everyone was masked! Great job, April's. For a quick stop, it was enjoyable!!??
