Le Dauphin - Salbris

We went there several times. a simple and inventive cuisine, tasteful and a real research effort to value classic recipes. The staff is kind, the fast service. very pleasant to be able to eat outside.

We had lunch in this restaurant on the occasion of my friend's birthday and we were not at all disappointed, on the contrary. everything is perfect from entry to dessert with excellent reception. I strongly recommend.

We returned to Le Dauphin for the 2nd time in June 2019 (Previously there in 2018), following an excellent meal. It didn’t disappoint this time around either, both times we have sat outside in the garden, a comfortable setting for dinner. The food was marvellous with the service as good as anyone could ask for, all at a great price. An excellent meal all round and would be highly recommended.

We visited this restaurant for a family meal. The hostess and staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially to my granddaughter, the food was superb (with menu translated into English) and the price was very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant

Decided to stop for lunch, but not on the motorway, so just did a quick search on trip advisor, so glad we chose this restaurant . Very friendly welcome, excellent food and wine and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
