Every single McDonald's in the Southern Tier has been consistently slow. While the staff might be friendly, the service leaves much to be desired. Locations in Jamestown, Salamanca, Olean, and Lakewood often seem to be understaffed, which impacts both the speed of service and the quality of the food. When the fries are fresh and hot, they’re great, but that doesn’t happen often enough. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 2 out of 5.

It’s 7:55 PM on a Thursday evening, and the lobby is closed...they just missed out on a lot of business from a group of hungry students!
