We rediscovered this bistro that made new skin with its charming owner who was in the cares with each of us! Excellent choice of local wines with the discovery of amazing natural wines, super tartines and ice cuts, in short a gourmet and friendly stage that we recommend.

Very nice little lunch break in this mini snack whose vocation is first to be a wine bar, located right in front of the town hall and its small shaded parking very convenient. The boss will offer you what she has to eat for that day. We taste very good regional wines (we were told that we could then buy bottles and visit the cellar. But we can also break the crust. Nice system for wine at table: choose a bottle and consume. If you haven't finished the bottle, you'll take it. Everyone's home. Midday menu (10€: tomato salad, grated zucchini, onions, squash seeds and eggplant houmous then tartine with fresh tomatoes, dried, zucchini and grated cheese the tower passed under the grill, finally homemade cake.

Brilliant we went during a thunderstorm Pat was a wonderful host of wine and food fantastic. We are highly recommended one of the best nights of our stay in Saissac
