McDonald's - Sainte-Thérèse

3:30 PM on November 19th. This restaurant has the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff is unproductive, careless, and constantly making mistakes. It used to be a decent place, but now it's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

This McDonald serves food made hours ago. Nothing is made

I drove 15 minutes away from my house to go to this McDonald's because I heard it has a play area for the kids since lately, the new restaurant dont have them. The service was amazing. The person that served us (I think her name was Julie and part of management) was so nice, and she was funny. I had 2 trays and they were nice enough to bring them to my table. All the time I was eating, there were several people cleaning the tables and taking out the trash. The same person who was taking out the trash came to my table and took my trays away.This place is so clean.For the food, somehow, without asking for it, I had extra big Mac sauce. Yeah, me!Try the new sweet chili sauce for the nuggets. It has a nice little kick to it.Kid-friendliness: There is a play area for kids to go before the order is in, and afterward too.

Very bad service, manager yells at the customers and blames it on the lack of personnel!I would never work for her either just by seeing how she treats the customer! Good luck finding staff that will stay.@McDonald headoffice maybe it's time for you to perform some field visits to see how your restaurants are doing!
