The dirtiest toilet I've seen in a long time. Tim Hortons closed at 6:30 p.m. on a Friday night with no hours...

I put one star but for me it would be -1 stars. Worst experience ever at a Tim Horton. Chantal should not serve customers. In addition to having made a mistake (which can happen she tries to put it on the client's back because she hasn't said it (even if I haven't seen her do it?! ? and talks to you as if you're a/ one less than nothing. According to her I wasn't normal because I didn't say it any faster, and what a stupid area was my problem ? I hated my experience and I'll never go back there again. She shouldn't be doing customer service. A complaint has already been filed with customer service and I was informed that the owner will be contacted.

If I could put zero, I would have. The two little Lavigueurs are really horrible. I arrive, I wait and they greet me with a hello , it 's already starting badly, I give him my order, go ahead . Arrived in front of the window, the little lady stares at me really crooked, another arrives with a totally different order, I let her know. Immediately, she replies NO, THAT 'S NOT WHAT YOU ORDER , I persist, she ends up saying ok, I 'll give you your order but it 's going to cost you $4.30 . I said let it be. Worst drive thru experience I have ever had. Neither go just not. It 's disgusting, stinking and the two pimbeches have no manners. TO AVOID!

Great service, fast and efficient! the cashier and the two employees at the drive-thru had great energy! smiling, friendly and playful!
