Restaurant Eggsquis - Sainte-Julie

This is my usual everyday breakfast place. I love this place because service is very fast and personnel is very polite and swift on service with a smile. I love this place for very fast service and unlimited coffee on the table.

The breakfast are not expensive, they let you have the whole coffee pot next to you, the staff is amazing, the only thing that I would suggest this restaurant is to have a terrace outside (they have a beautiful place for that).

This was our first visit to an Eggsquis and we were so pleased. We were greeted by a friendly male host who quickly seated us. Our server, Veronique, spoke French, but did speak to us in English very well. Our breakfast was so good! Home fries, scrambled eggs, homemade brown bread toast, baked beans, bacon and fruit. Veronique brought us some "creton" to try...it was a pork pate. It was so nice to try something new. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, the food was top knotch and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend you try it!

Visiting this restaurant is big surprise for me and for my family, we travel across the Canada and decided to try something local and not expensive. I am so happy we went to the Eggsquis and order omelet and creeps and total cost is less then $25. I never eat something like that! Its different level of food if you try to compare with traditional american restaurant food.I wish some day we will see this restaurant on the New York streets.

By mid morning on a Sunday the restaurant was completely full. After a fifteen minute wait we were seated and quickly brought our coffee and water. There was typical breakfast fare on the menu. Our orders were taken and surprise the food arrived at our table without a long wait. This does not occur too frequently in a busy restaurant. It was obvious the kitchen was on top of all the orders. The food arrived warm and prepared as ordered. The wait staff was friendly, efficient and not overwhelmed by the large crowd. Management saw fit to provide extra staff to satisfy their customers.
