Mcdonald's - Sainte-Julie

I visit this restaurant often, and for the past month and a half, the ice cream machine has been broken. It seems ridiculous to me that McDonald's doesn't invest in fixing such a popular item on their menu. This is becoming very frustrating for me as there is no other McDonald's nearby. I am disappointed in the management and have witnessed better service elsewhere. I'm not the only one who is unhappy about this issue. Make sure not to expect ice cream when visiting this location because you will be disappointed!

We had a great lunch after visiting Zukari. The children loved the chicken nuggets and fries. The smoothie was a delicious treat.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location and the food is excellent! The service is top-notch, with staff bringing your food to your table and checking in to make sure everything is satisfactory. Ordering is done easily with a touch screen. The children were delighted to receive a surprise with their happy meals- a coloring sheet and crayons. The restaurant also has a playroom with slides and touch screens for the kids to enjoy. The food was delicious and served hot. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!

This McDonald's is very clean and has fast and efficient service. They take pride in serving their patrons. They have reason to because they are situated right off the Sainte Julie exit on autoroute East or west bound. I would highly recommend this McDonald's....Also lots of personnel to serve you and very curtious.

Les gérantes et surtout (Andréanne) de ce mcdo sont bêtes avec les employés et c'est pourquoi il y a beaucoup de roulement de personnel. Ce qui entraine un service plus lent et des jeunes moins habitués et avec peu de motivation. Le propriétaire devrait faire un questionnaire auprès des employés. J'ai été témoin et entendu trop de commentaires négatifs de jeunes ayant travaillé la et ayant donné leur démission malheureusement pour un environnement de travail inadéquat...
