Luckily, we were seated by a window with a stunning view of the sculptures stretching into the ocean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The service was top-notch and the establishment was immaculate. In addition to the cuisine, we were captivated by the art gallery on site. The owners are a family of incredibly talented artists. There is also an inn available for accommodations. I will definitely consider staying there if I find myself in the area again.
I visited the restaurant Auberge du Centre d'Art Marcel Gagnon for coffee during their breakfast service. I decided to order a muffin as well, which was both delicious and impressively large. The muffin came with a side of fresh fruit beautifully presented. The pricing was very fair and the service was attentive.
During our stay in Sainte Flavie, we decided to dine at the Centre D'art Marcel Gagnon restaurant. We noticed that it was always bustling, so we had high expectations. The food was decent, but not outstanding considering the price. It was a bit expensive for the portion sizes. I ordered the fish soup, which was alright, and my partner had the beef, which was good but not the best we've ever had. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the atmosphere was charming. They take food allergies seriously, especially seafood allergies, ensuring that meals are prepared without any risk of contamination. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.
We spent 3 weeks around the Saint Lawrence River and ate many seafood dinners. This restaurant had good service, great atmosphere, a nice gift shop, but the food was a solid average in our opinion. It has so much going for it, wish the food was on of the things going for it.
Wonderful, cozy, clean, whimsical. We came to stay one night and booked for 2. Staff were very accommodating to this change. Watching the tide come in...
