Annie's - Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

This place is all about the outside area that is located right on the water near a Lock on the River. Great spot to spend some time on a beautiful day. However, the food is just average or this place could easily have an excellent rating. I got the Halibut basket and my friend got the Buffalo Wings and Fries. The fries were very oily and the Halibut was very sparse on my taco's.

The meal was ok, but it came after 40minutes of waiting. The atmosphere is so and so; they have a nice view on the water, but that's pretty much it. I thought the service was really slow for a simple dish of fish and rice. Ok for a quick drink.

We go regularly in the summer months to enjoy a bucket of beer or sangria on the deck. It's a great spot for people-watching and enjoying the breeze off the canal on hot days. The service is pretty good; and they do a good job on busy days. One nice bonus is this is the ONLY restaurant on the boardwalk that doesn't require a food order to have drinks. The food is decent and satisfies when you're having drinks with friends. We love the nachos.

I was there 2 years ago been there a few times very nice bar not always crowded guess the time of year clean friendly and good place to watch a game

Food is ok (burgers to grilled salmon) but we go there to enjoy the view in a relax cosy ambiance with a cold beer.
