Brasa Gril - Saint-charles-de-drummond

We waited 2 hours for our food without knowing why. There were no bread offerings to tide us over. It was difficult to order additional drinks to pass the time as the server avoided us. Overall, it's hard to find a reason to return to Brasa Grill. In short, a horrible experience.

3 hours of waiting!!! We reserved for 6:30 and received our meal at 9:15! Very very long ????

Ridiculous! Two-hour wait for our appetizers!!! Where are the owners to support their team? On their couch??? In their spas? Take responsibility when you have a restaurant! That's what running a restaurant is all about! Sacrifice! During peak times!!! Poor servers doing their best and it's not their fault .. same goes for the chefs .. if you decide to open on Mondays then staff accordingly or stay closed! Very unpleasant to pay for a restaurant experience in this atmosphere ????

I commented about my crappy experience last time I went to Brasa and they immediately removed my comment. Apparently, they only keep the comments about how « succulent » the restaurant is. Be aware, eat at your own risks, there was something that looked like a used condom in my soup, I ended up in the hospital!!!!!
