Frosty’s Griddle And Shake

This place was a complete mess. Visited on a Thursday night and it was not overly busy. Dined in Waited over 30 minutes for our food, all the while many other customers are coming in with food complaints. When we finally received our food, some food was missing and it was not fresh. Employees were not tentative and did not seem to care about anything that was going on.This place is also rather expensive for the quality and expirence that you get...if it was good this could be a really cute spot for the island.

We ordered fish sandwich, hamburger and chili dog. Very poor quality. Worst fish sandwich i have ever had. We love their ice cream so we will be back for that but nothing else.

First time going there. I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes at the intercom to order. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and drink and was kind of shocked when told my total was $17.49. I thought it must be pretty darn good for that price. Waited another 15 minutes to get to the window and there was only one car in front of me. While my cheeseburger tasted great, the fries were hard as rocks and way over cooked. I nearly broke a tooth trying to eat it but at that price I was determined not to let it go to waste. Not entirely sure about eating there again, but the sweet lady at the window was so nice and polite. Welcome to summer time on the island.

I can't say enough good things about frostys. the team members are always particularly pleasant. eating is delicious and addictive. the chefs kiss to delicious little town diner americana. ? keep the soft portion flowing!

A great restaurant and very happy to have them here. clean, friendly staff, burger ingenious, wobble rings the best, etc. only problem is price increase there. $6 for dipped cone. just too high for me. I know it's a national question with inflation and everything, but at some point it's just too much. I hope it has no influence on her business. I always try to visit frequent local companies. Thank you!
