The last time we ordered from the St. Sauveur location, a very expensive item was not included in the pick up order, yet we paid for it. We were assured that a credit note was put into the system and when we went tonight, our name and credit amount was not listed in the system which is a note book. No one spoke English and our order was prepared without wasabi or ginger, therefore we did not have the appropriate condiments. The service was poor, the taste of the food was bland and we will never use this location again.

I ordered food online for delivery, expecting it to arrive the same evening. However, after placing my order, I received a message saying that my delivery would be delayed until the next day at noon, even though the restaurant was still open. I called to explain the situation and was reassured that my order would be prepared for that evening. I then asked if it could be delivered to me, as I now needed to pick it up. I requested a refund for the delivery fee, which I was told would be processed later that evening after the rush. Unfortunately, after two follow-up calls and three days later, I still have not received my refund. This lack of professionalism is disappointing.
The restaurant owner is terrible. It seems like there is a lot of negativity in her. I hope that her troubled son, who works with her, can find some peace and happiness despite the difficult circumstances.
