Sweetwater -b-que - Saint Robert

This really was an amazing surprise. Everything was really well prepared. I will admit I didn't expect it to be good. Then it went to absolutely amazing, the sauce they make is perfect to me! (Mostly sweet with a little tart to it) the ribs are honestly some of the best ribs I've ever tasted, they were moist, tender, fall off the bone good. The sausage was cut in such a way that it was a fantastic finger food, and the pulled brisket was really good.(and I personally don't really care for brisket) Truly a treasure in an unexpected place.

The only reason I gave them a 4 was the green bean and hillbilly bean seam to be just beans from a can no extra effort! The ribs were fall off the bone and good flavor and the sausage was very good! Friendly people and great atmosphere! And best of all my semi could turn around in their dirt lot.

Almost gave 4 stars because we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food but that was the only issue we had so I rounded up to 5. The folks working here are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. Quick to offer a suggestion for your meal if you can’t decide. I got the sweetwater combo 3 meats and two sides. We were making our way home so I knew I’d have leftovers for the next day. My wife got the two meat combo. All of the meats were crazy tender and, where applicable, very flavorful. The spicy sausage is no joke. Ribs are super yummy. Their house sauce is very tasty. Cornbread, green beans and slaw were all tasty. Hopefully they have more outdoor tables available as the summer gets closer as having bbq outside just makes sense. At any rate, I will gladly return. :
