Panera Bread - Saint Robert

Usually love our local panera, food is always great. But this evening we showed up an hour before closing, found a woman who was an employee outside and asked if they were still open (since the recorded message on the phone number I called of theirs said they’re open til 9 today and the google listing also says that). She was extremely rude in her tone and said they were already closed, as if we were stupid and should have known it. I’ll continue to come here occasionally, but this was the first bad experience I’ve had, and it was a huge bummer.

Just had a bad experience at Panera Bread today. Order was completely wrong. Workers were too busy talking to fill the order correctly. When I called to complain that we had several things missing on our order the person who filled the order was talking instead reading the orders correctly. Too further prove that she was to busy talking. She was talking to another employee while I was getting my card. I even had to repeat card information because she was too busy interrupting me and talking to someone else to listen.

Probably one of the healthier options that are right outside the gate. I would recommend you bring a jacket or sweatshirt, because they keep the AC real low. But they do have very nice waitstaff which is a big plus!

Not really the Panera experience we've come to expect. The person who took our order took forever. Once we sat down we were called back up to the food counter twice to let us know they were out of various items and offered acceptable substitutions. The mac and cheese the staple my little girl orders each time was cold and she wouldn't eat it. We did heat it up where she then ate. We walked the entire place to find a clean table which to sit and eat, but we ended up having to pick a table which we cleaned ourselves. Most were dirty even though we were only one of two tables of customers. The bathroom was gross enough to where my wife and daughter wouldn't use them and we left after eating and walked over to the gas station next door to utilize their bathroom. Thank God me and the boys just stand to pee, but the men's bathroom was worse than an old truck stop. And after seeing the men's bathroom I can only imagine why my wife wouldn't use theirs. What gives? We were surprised as the outside looks pretty nice.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for an early dinner. Was told that the restaurant, which specializes in salads, did not have any greens or tomato. Was given a turkey sandwich that consisted of bread, turkey, onion, mayonnaise and mustard. Was also given two other sandwiches in similar condition. The restaurant was also out of skim milk. You don't get to use the supply chain excuse for produce items that I could drive down the street and pick up in the grocery store. We will not be returning to this location.
