Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I had such a wonderful experience at this location! Laurie even separated my husband and I’s food into separate bags because of an allergy! I will definitely be coming back!

We were immediately greeted by creed who held the door for our party and then took our order. he was really funny and made my son and my daughter laugh pretty well. I had a problem with the freddy app and the manager, case, came to help the counter. the problem has been resolved immediately. the food was made fresh and it was delicious. creed came several times during our meal to check everything was good and make sure that we needed nothing. before leaving we made sure to get their names because I wanted to recognize great service. I eat at freddys everywhere, from minnesota, south dakota, colorado, and now missouri and their customer service was welcomed.

Fast drive-thru, excellent experience, fantastic aromas and good eating. it's not cheap eating, but it's pleasant. my grip as it is, is the inconvenience to make desserts. I think there would be a uniform method, but every time in the act my ecstard will be a little different than the last time.

We had a wonderful visit at Freddy's tonight. When looking for a restaurant opened after work on a Sunday night we went to Freddy's. We depended on them when everything else was closed. Ron made for an amazing experience and his customer service was amazing.

The burgers were salty and greasy. The young lady who took our order was a new employee and tried to get answers to our questions but other staff failed to respond to her attempt. I would not eat burgers here again. If you like grease and salt this is your place.
