Had a fantastic family lunch here last weekend and would recommend Bistro Guillame to everyone.

Everybody I likes this joint, you would if you like meat, meat, meat, dairy and seafood.

The good and bad: Bad: +10% service charge on a 3,500$ bill (tipping is not typically done in Australia) Rude waitressesArrogant and snotty.

Very nice setting, fast service, good products, especially the tuna tartar that is divine!the boss pushes a little to consumption.

Big disappointment of the arrival at the restaurant more beautiful view of the sea, just a small room with views of the parking lot (disappointment such, that we checked well that we were in the right place) very disappointing meal, nothing exceptional for a high price. We used to have this address for good little dishes. the restaurant unfortunately lost in quality and prestige.
