Pizza Hut Express - SAINT PETERSBURG

Food ordered before over an hour and it was completely cold workers slow and had not recommended gloves on 0/10

Very rude and dishonest lack of customer service very rude and unrespectful to my daughter when she asked about her names, they would not give it to her. laughing in our faces the manager anthony is very rude and evil he allowed his coworkers to be rude and evil to his customers allow that they are unrespectful to me and my daughter I never, as long as I walk foot on pizza hat again especially that I will make sure that I need my friends and family not go on this pizza hat someone really worth losing

My complaint is specific to the Pizza Hut on 34 Street North in St. Petersburg FL. I attempted to dine in tonight and ordered a large pizza. The restaurant was completely empty at 6 PM. After ordering, I had to walk around to find a somewhat clean table. I found one that I had to wipe off further with a napkin. Next I went to the restroom which was filthy. There was paper on the floor and overall the bathroom was not clean. After washing my hands, I realized the paper towel dispenser did not work. This made me wonder if the employees really are washing their hands. I rejoined my wife at a table to wait for the pizza when she jumped from her seat at the sight of a COCKROACH on its back still kicking its legs. I told the cashier and with that we were out of there.

I ordered the Big Box like we Always have allng with boneless chicken wings and a 2 liter of My.Dew. First, they forgot our wings. Our delivery guy was very nice and this review is of no reflection on him. I called the store and spoke to Gerald or Jerome, couldn't remember which he said. He was rude from the start and blamed the deliver guy. 1st of all, they shouldn't be blaming anyone, they should just be focused on correcting the issue. I asked if they could throw in a dessert like a cookie for the inconvenience for my kids. I was told I ain't giving you no dessert, but I'll give you a credit I declined the credit and said that does not make this situation corrected now. He hung up on me. I called back and said I was not done. He said he thought I was. I told him no and that as I'm sitting here im noticing that there is no Marinara sauce with our bread sticks. He said it doesn't come with it. I told it does, it says on the website and never once have I ordered this and the Marinara sauce not be there. He kept interrupting me and I asked him why he was so upset with me. He said because you ain't listening, the breadsticks do not come with marinara sauce I then asked who the manager was he not he was one of them. I asked who the GM was he said Bill and he will be in tomorrow, and I'll be right along with him I said ok that's fine. When they come for our wings can you please just throw the Marina sauce in there? He said no, but I can charge you for it, that will be .60¢. I again declined because I was not going to be charged for something that was included already. I've called corporate already who confirmed that it does come with marinara sauce and to be sure I went step by step as if I were ordering it again and sure enough.it states right on the website that it is included.

The staff was professional and the individual who took our order was outstanding and got us exactly what we wanted a crispy and extra jalapeno pepper pizza.
