Ichills Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream

Probably the worst Froyo I've ever had. The yogurt melted when I poured it into my cup, and only 3/5 flavors were available anyway. The options were extremely limited, and the Toppings Bar was also disappointing. There were no options for fruit, granola, chocolate chips, and the hot fudge was completely burned. The peanut butter container was so stuffed that you couldn't even use it. Was really excited to receive froyo, and I would honestly prefer to spend 30 min out of my way to Menchie on my way home from the beach to stop from this store.

Has property changed last year? We loved this place and go quite often. The last few times we were a contempt and last night was the last time for us. The lady behind the counter either doesn't understand what we say or it just doesn't matter. I've got a milkshake in many times, and I'm telling her I want it to be fat. It will mix it until it is the consistency of regular milk. Even if I ask her to stop mixing, she goes on. Last night there were 3 aromas of yogurt and all were barely frozen and saw more like ice water. 3 yogurts and an ice spoon were over $26! All yogurts were only half filled and not heavy. We won't be back! We miss the original owner who was super friendly and had a quality shop!

You also have vegan frozen yogurt!!! I loved it!!! We stayed two weeks in St.Pete and this place had best prices and delicious yogurts. I got vegan coconut and my mother got butter pecan, that was reaaaaly good.

I don't know what happened to this place. Last time my family was here I would have given them 5 stars but not now. One frozen yogurt machine was broken and another one only had one side functioning so they only had 3 flavors, vanilla, pumpkin and salted caramel pretzel and the vanilla was basically liquid when it came out. They use to have over 16 flavors of ice cream, now only 8 and 8 Italian Ice. I'm a chocolate person and they use to have a few different chocolate based flavors, now they just have plain chocolate. The labels on the flavors didn't even match what they had. The place looks rundown now and it was just a huge disappointment.
