Today my order was wrong yet again and the fries were so old and barley half way filledup. Honestly, you guys used to have such great standards in the people you used to hire and the food you all used to dish out,but it?s been nothing but a terrible experience the last couple of years. Especially the last year or so. I can?t even believeI?m saying this because Chick-fil-A and Starbucks are two main places that I myself and many people go because they are alwaysknown for their great customer service (well used to be) but now everyone is so rude and could careless about you, and can?tgive orders right ever anymore? how sad. And if you try to call the restaurant, nobody will ever answer and nobody will call youback ever either when leaving a voicemail. Today was the last straw for me and I will never ever come back to this location andwill tell everyone in the area that I know not to ever come to this location either. And I can see all the other reviews thatmany are similar, so it?s sad to see and say it but I?m glad I?m not the only one!! It?s a systematic issue and it all startwith the top of the chain? so the lack of care respect and just simply getting an order correct, clearly the management has zerostandards for the team
Tried to order breakfast through the app but kept getting an error with checkout (technical app difficulties) which I get happens, but I was in line before they stopped serving breakfast. Finally get to the one guy taking orders after ten minutes(it?s now 10:33) to be told I can?t order breakfast. Really lame when I had an entire breakfast order in my cart. I explainedthis to the guy and he did nothing. It?s poor customer service to me that just because I had to sit in a ten minute line and myorder wouldn?t go through I ?couldn?t get breakfast? so I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes leaving with no food. And I knowthe people a few cars ahead left with breakfast orders. So trivial?
Staff is mostly nice and you get your food pretty quick most of the time. They need to stop putting napkins on top of the Large Fries container. When you order Large fries you should get large fries, not small fries with napkins stuck in the top to fillit in. It 's happened a few times so now I have to check it every time I order Large. You should get what you pay for.
As far as food they are great. But as far as the interview process. The guy who interviewed me today was very rude and made me feel very belittled. His facial expressions also were not very nice. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a job interview before.I definitely will not be working for that location. They need someone more professional and not so rude to manage and interview!
Now I go to chick FIL a at least 3 times a week and my friend recently told me this location has went down hill however it's closest to my house and on my way to work I ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon I received a salad with of course no bacon butalso no egg and I completely understand the inflation of prices but $10 for this ? I had to go back inside and ask them for theegg and expressed how small the salad was they added the egg and sent me on my way currently deleting the CFA APP thanks
