The location is not touristy, just a professional with a passion for meat. It is “just” (not in a bad way) a butcher that you can taste immediately! Enter the butcher, point to a piece of meat that you are craving and it will be prepared perfectly for you. The owner speaks English and is a nice guy. I worked in this area for a period and tried many restaurants. This is by far the best! PS1: I have no shares in this business, just a person who favors you. PS2: I read a little further in the reviews about an incorrectly prepared tartare. There are different preparations of tartare (preparé is one of them, for example). It doesn't matter if you're wrong, but it does affect someone's business. Enjoy your meal!
