This place has been closed in the inside forever I mean covid is over and it's still closed I think they have maybe one employee cuz it takes an hour to get to the line and the customer service is just terrible I wouldn't recommend it not this Wendy's anyway
I have to commend the workers with all they have to do to keep a fast food restaurant running nowadays! But in the urban areas it’s always slow service but this sign has got to go ASAP! Nothing was “express” even getting the order out of the window it came in pieces smdh and we were on a DoorDash order.
Poor service. They only make 1 order at a time and you have ti wait in drive thru at that! Yall never recovered from covid but to have your lobby closed is outrageous. At least let pickup orders come in. Do better every wendy except one in my coty does this and its unacceptable. No wonder people cancel orders making customers wait longer cause of what youre doing.
Do NOT go here! I asked for a specific meal, was charged for a different meal at a higher price, and when I confronted her about it, she did NOTHING to fix it! I 'm paraphrasing but, she told me that it 's the same price and when I showed her on the receipt and compared it to the board, she still did NOTHING. I 've managed in the food industry throughout the years and in my experience, I 've seen how cashiers steal from their company. They charge you for a meal that 's more. Then, once you 're gone, they do a return on the product. They then, keep the difference. It may not seem like much to one customer being, it 's only .40 but that adds up after 10-20-30 customers in a shift. Even the manager got involved and nothing was returned. They just asked me to give them the coin change back and they gave me a dollar out of the drawer. No transaction at all. THAT 'S A RED FLAG!!! It only makes me wonder if the manager on duty was involved, as well.
