Decent enough restaurant in the Minneapolis airport that opened early. Menu was fairly expansive, food took a while to come out but tasted pretty good.
So I'll start with this. Ordered the spicy pizza, and it came out hot, fresh and delicious. Best airport pizza I've ever had. We also ordered the duck confit chips. They came out later than the pizza and not at all as described in the menu. We sent them back and asked the server to take them off the bill, but they insisted on remaking them. When the second order came out, they actually came out as described in the menu, but they still were rather inedible, and we left them on the table. So that was a waste of $20, which is a shame because the pizza was so good. If you go, stick to the pizza and you won't be disappointed.
Rebranded? This used to be called Vero. A Twinburger was closed in another terminal. Now this location is called Twinburger TapThe location seems decently clean for not being busy. There is power plugs to charge your phone at every table which is a great idea. They server craft beer, burgers, and pizza. All the food in this airport is expensive. This restaurant is no exception. Food was decent . Ordered the spicy burger.Be aware you are required to order via your phone or a screen. Some may find that confusing.
Great staff. Very welcoming. Pizza is quick and excellent. Bratwurst was also great. Really convenient ordering system. Would recommend to anyone with a layover who wants a reasonably priced high quality meal in the airport.
