Rah'mn - Saint Paul

I'm not typically a big fan of ramen, but I'd definitely recommend Rah'mn to anyone who loves it. The portion sizes are generous, and you'll definitely leave feeling full! They also offer gluten-free noodles. Although there is an extra charge for added protein, they really piled it on for me! This was my first visit, and the staff was very patient and kind in explaining everything. The interior is sleek, modern, and clean. You do receive a plastic bowl and disposable utensils, though. Overall, I highly recommend it!

This charming little ramen spot on Snelling is conveniently located near Nelson's Ice Cream for dessert afterward. You can customize your meal by selecting your preferred level of spiciness, broth type, protein, and toppings. The flavors are delicious, and the portions are quite hearty! The staff was friendly and attentive during our visit. Highly recommend!

We decided to give the restaurant another chance the other night, and it's clear they've worked out the kinks in their broth recipes on a larger scale. They even offered us samples of the different broths before we ordered, and it was immediately obvious that the taste had improved significantly. The soups were excellent! I personally loved the white miso, but they also have pork broth and a spicy miso option (which packs a bit more heat, but nothing you can't adjust with chili sauce). We tried all three varieties, and they were all delicious. Plus, they offer a wide range of fresh ingredients for customization. I also recall that they do noodle salads, but my focus was on the soup this time. The owner, clearly aware of my earlier concerns about the broths, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, which I really appreciated. This level of customer care will definitely bring us back time and time again. I want to commend him for introducing a new item to the menu since our first visit: kids' bowls. They don't seem smaller in size, but they do come with a choice of just three ingredients, making it more affordable for families to dine at Rah'mn. This is yet another reason we'll be visiting frequently. Welcome to the neighborhood, and thank you for listening to feedback and completely turning around the flavor experience! This place is AWESOME! The build your own bowl of Ramen is a great idea and who doesn’t like to have all the options?! Do yourself a favor check it out. The Shoyu broth was on point. The place is super clean the people working were extremely professional friendly! I can’t wait to go back.

Very American-ized, highly customizable Ramen restaurant. Even though the vibe, layout, speed, and service style scream fast food, the quality exceeded expectations. There are better ramen places, sure, but this lil ramen spot is well worth a stop for ramen fans and customizable enough to accomodate most tastes.
