Qdoba Mexican Eats - Saint Paul

My daughter and I were on a flight from MSP on 9/10/20 and arrived at around 6:30-7:00 this morning. We were both hungry and decided to look for somewhere to eat. Since we both love Qdoba, we went there. However, we were disappointed to see that the employee preparing our food had her mask pulled down and was not wearing gloves. This lack of care for safety measures during the pandemic was extremely concerning to us. We do not recommend eating at this location.

That was the worst Qdoba I have ever eaten. I question whether it was even an authentic Qdoba, or if they just have permission to use the name. There was no Impossible meat, vegetables, guacamole, cilantro, salad, or corn. They overcooked my tortilla until it was crispy. The so-called manager didn't know how to wrap a burrito or use tin foil. The burrito was rolled so far away and then folded haphazardly, making it difficult to eat. The tin foil was folded in a way that caused all the juices to drip out. The burritos were also very small. We were all still hungry after eating, even my 11-year-old. They didn't accept Qdoba rewards, and when we tried to scan the rewards barcode, they claimed they had never heard of them. This establishment is a disappointment and is tarnishing the reputation of Qdobas.

I had a satisfactory experience at this restaurant, which seems to be the exception. I ordered a standard chicken burrito and found it quite satisfying. My expectations for fast American Mexican food are not very high, but this restaurant offers a solid option for a filling and decently priced meal. I was very hungry at the time, so I appreciated the portion size. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 4 is because I found it to be more expensive compared to the last airport Qdoba I visited. While a $14 burrito is still a good value, especially for airport food, it is pricier than other places. I usually try to avoid eating at airports, but I would consider returning to this restaurant if I found myself as hungry as I was during my last visit.

Food was gross, lady was rude, card was charged 3x, pin pad wasn't in English, and didn't get what I asked for. Would never ever recommend. Chipotle never fails to disappoint. Ugh.

Not great. Got tacos cos I was left at the airport by United. They were out of almost every meat and topping at night and only had hard shell tacos. They had a hard time understanding me and what I was saying. Said no ice and there were still ice in my cup. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to even notice I was waiting in line.
