Delicious sandwiches! It was our first time, so we had to take some extra time to deliberate over the posted menu, but once we decided, the lady taking our order was very helpful in orienting us to the Potbelly way of doing things. I had a turkey with bacon. The bread was grilled (mine was cut thin for less carbs) and the fillings were very tasty. We got two shakes for our kids to share, which took a little extra time, but was worth it on a hot day walking back to our parking garage for a trip to the Capitol grounds and a picnic lunch. My husband and I liked the sandwiches, but our kids weren't as crazy about them. They're used to Subway and Erberts Gerbert's, which use fresh bread, not grilled. And my one daughter who tried the pizza sub ended up taking out the huge slices of pepperoni and giving them to Dad. Oh well. One day...
I had never tried Potbelly’s before today. I forgot my lunch at home and couldn’t leave work, so I used DoorDash to order from this location because I was craving soup. I ordered the half sandwich and cup of soup combo. The turkey club was very delicious, but the broccoli cheese soup I had was even better (so cheesy and creamy)! The portion sizes of this combo were spot-on and didn’t leave me feeling uncomfortably full. It was a very satisfying lunch!
Our favorite fast food restuarant! Crew is friendly, efficient and food is made fast. Always delicious. We eat there at least 2 times a week!
I get my breakfast here once in a while. Use to be every morning. Food is great but service has changed a lot. The lady today making my food is just so slow. She seems like she hates her job. With the speed she is going at, I can say I would of made 10 sandwich’s. It’s every time. Besides that everything is great.
