They didn't give me a receipt and when I said they didn't give me all the food they said I needed the receipt. I checked my bank account and they charged me for everything I ordered. When I called the phone got passed around multiple times and they hung up on me at the end. There are plenty of more options in the area use those. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was served cold. I made a point to check before leaving, and the fries were the only thing that were warm, as they were at the bottom of the bag. When the staff member finally returned to the window after ignoring us, my food had already cooled down. She asked us to pull forward for the fries, so I requested fresh nuggets, which were clearly stale. Instead of accommodating my request, she reacted rudely, telling me I should ask for fresh nuggets next time. If the food had been hot initially, I wouldn't have needed a replacement. Her behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. However, since I’m just visiting from out of town to check on my uncle, I won’t have to deal with her or this location again.
