Dunkin' - Saint Paul

Love that Dunking came back to MN...in the east coast and have one on almost every corner. Sometimes, depending on who works, it can hold back pretty fast. Overall, I reconstructed it.

Love this guy! The staff is great and the food is always delicious, the coffees are always right, they are great!

It is a cool place because you have two in one (dark donuts and Baskin robins). Although the staff was not very lively. Where they place the cream filled donuts were also difficult to see. I had to be near the glass and on my tip toes to see the really good flavors. Sure, I'm short, but...

The customer service in this place is terrible, the manager at the time was only rude. Today we went to this place and ordered hot chocolate and it was runny. We claimed for an exchange or money back Manager Yanira was against these two options. And frankly said that this place was not Walmart to accept these returns if it is not my fault that because the machine was damaged, they had to prepare the manual chocolate that does not taste. After all, she returned the money in cash, but was still very rude to deal with the situation.

Great customer services!! Every time I visit, I have seen a wonderful customer services with warm reception. Thanks.
