Domino's Pizza - Saint Paul

Update following the original review: My rating would be higher if the staff didn't constantly say one thing while the reality was quite different. I experienced a 9-minute wait, but 15 minutes later my order still hadn't been taken. This is the second time this has happened. They do serve solid pizza, but the service issues are disappointing when they simply need to be honest about the wait times. The most amusing part was when one staff member apologized, saying they had to call for help after 10-15 minutes, and expressed regret for the wait. Update June 2022: Service has improved recently, and as I mentioned before, they do a great job with the food. It seems the previous issues have been resolved, so I am upgrading my rating to 4 stars.

I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service I received from Kenneth today—definitely a 10/10 experience. I made a last-minute decision to double my order, and he handled it effortlessly, showing great composure under pressure despite the short time frame for my add-ons (which wasn’t exactly advisable!). He even delivered the order himself to our location and provided excellent face-to-face service. I've ordered from two other Domino's locations, but this one has outperformed them all, both in terms of the quality of the food and the exceptional service.

I really love Domino's. I'm not the best at making decisions when it comes to food, but their app makes it super easy to change my order, browse options, and get exactly what I want quickly and effortlessly!

Not very happy with one of my pizzas. It was dry, burned, barely hot and not cut into proper squares. I had to take a picture.

Food is great as usual. The team there is young and seems to have fun while still doing the job. Pretty fast.
