The service was equally impressive, also a solid 5, which made for a pleasant evening. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, ensuring a great vibe throughout the meal, once again deserving a full 5. For anyone considering what to order, I highly recommend the Dr Pepper, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and the Waffle. Each dish was delicious and contributed to an enjoyable dinner experience. Overall, this place is a must-visit!

I've never experienced poor customer service at a Chick-fil-A before, so I was genuinely surprised when the staff ignored me while I was in the drive-thru. I arrived at 9 PM, unaware that this location closed at that time. Another car pulled up in the adjacent ordering lane after me, and they proceeded to take their order. I understand that they may not want to service customers arriving late, but it would have been courteous to at least inform me that they were closed. I’m also confused as to why the car that came after me was allowed to order when I was there first. As someone who works in the food service industry, I would never treat a customer this way! Employees did a great job handling a rude customer complaining about my car being too loud, due to a repair that is scheduled, in the drive-thru. Great staff not so great fellow customer. Food was great. Dietary restrictions: They are excellent at taking special requests from customers to accommodate them and having a menu that caters to almost everyone. Kid-friendliness: Camp Winshape at Berry Collegein Rome Georgia is sponsored by them. People should look it up. My kids had a partial scholarship to attend and it was a wonderful experience. They also sponsor some homes for orphans on Berry Colleges property. If there are any Stranger things fans out there Barry College and it’s gothic architecture was the set for when Vectors dad was interviewed. It was supposed to reassemble a sanatorium.
