Carbone's Pizza - Saint Paul

Bri has carefully processed our order. On time and it tasted Amazing.. Thanks for really better ingredients and better pizza.

Great service every time. Love the food here. You expand and improve the menu. You have cheesecake that's really good. You have a good choice of ice and sorbets. I have the chocolate chip cookie-dough ice cream, cheesecake with strawberries, and the chicken Alfredo Pasta.

Sauce's okay, a little sweet for me. The crust is super thin and can sometimes be soggy. Ingredients are unevenly distributed and if you ask for something, it could put on half the pizza if your luck. Hit and miss with a young staff that seems to be more aware of their phones than the customers.

First I'm a lifetime Carbones fan and ALWAYS order the same pizza PSM! That means I can't order from this place anymore : For some reason they have decided to change fresh mushrooms at this particular place, a place where you could argue is the original and the best. Before anyone tries to shame me for another view and insist that fresh is better, know that Carbones WAS NOT BUILT ON FRESH MUSHROOMS! Decades of canned mushrooms have been good enough!?? I have not only eaten carbones for decades, but also family members including me) have been working at different locations for over 30 years because we love this pizza! Is there a reason why someone decided to **** with perfection? Okay, well, go on and offer fresh mushrooms if you need, but allow those of us who grew up on your pizza and eat it 2 or more times a month to what we loved!!! It is not like a can of mushrooms goes bad in the short time frame.

They lost our order for a pizza. Waited over an hour to get the pizza to go, only to find out our pizza was over cooked and not cut into slices. Luckily I carry a pocket knife.... Bri did a good job keeping us happy for the most part. Gave us half off on our bill. Place seemed very disorganized and mismanaged. Will think twice before dining at this establishment. Visiting from Green Bay. Our friends that were with us got their food and ate it before our pizza was put in the oven.
