Auberge des Bastides

Great food in a friendly atmosphere. Attentive host who was pleasant and welcoming. Not very busy the night we went. I will certainly return to this restaurant. Fair pricing for what was on offer. Plenty of parking at rear.

Well cooked wonderful food. The set menus are all well planned and thought out. The service is excellent carried out by French waitress's all who speak English extremely well. The wine menu while not large is again well thought out with some good choices available. all in all a very pleasant evening

We all know that a Les Routier or a roadside Auberge in France offers good food for a reasonable price. Having visited a vineyard we were en route to Agen and needed some lunch. Bastides looked inviting so we stopped. What a treat! Just superb. Lovely vegetable soup, great fresh salad bar, succulent escalope, super crème brûlée, cheese and coffee. €12 pp! Served wit a smile and some very good vin rouge.
