The staff is completely lost, forced to repeat three times what I wanted. The paninis are stupid.

Shop and employees with potential, but managers do not realize it and do not know how to keep a smiling and super pleasant staff, frozen croissant that you pay more than a real abused bakery croissant! Too bad!

Frankly I don't see what to say is good and yet I don't understand why there are so many negative comments: I don't see any problems.
