Stars - Saint Michaels

Picked up food off of the Purser's Pub menu to go for dinner. There is nothing like Chef Ken MacDonald's 4 star food especially if you can turn it into a picnic with someone special. We had the pork chop which was AMAZING, the highly recommended steak sandwich, and fries. Our eyes were larger than our stomach.

4 stars for service and atmosphere. Our waiter Beau was so friendly, polite and offers great service. The outdoor terrace is beautiful and picturesque a great place to enjoy a beautiful meal and a glass of wine. We ordered the Flounder sandwich on the Brioche back; our only complaint is that the fish should be bigger or the bungalow should be smaller! Large presentation and pages (Salad and Pommes).

Flavorful unique tasting menu for dinner in the beautiful quiet water view dining room. My friend had She Crab, Wild Caught Tuna, and I had Wild Boar Dumplings, Crab Cakes and we separated two desserts with a beautiful bottle of wine. The crab is so sweet, fresh and perfectly seasoned. Who knew that Wild Caught Tuna had this kind of taste. Chef Gregory came to see us as he had met my friend when she confirmed our reservation (and told him we are foods)... and he brought us free tasting of Scallop Crudo and Crab Rockefeller (in a oyster dish). Excellent culinary experience. The food was delicious. Large small dishes surprised between the courses. You're very fast to bring the food after your order, but I didn't feel rushed. It was just a little short to drink the wine bottle I wanted.

Read about the chef and restaurant a few weeks ago on a website. Dinner was ridiculous. Great food. Amazing service. Ate outside and what a great location. All in all, great. Worth the trip. Each dish was delicious, and the presentation is amazing.
