As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was annoyed because the McDonald's is located in a Speedway gas station. I don't find that this location has good service either. I waited around 10 minutes in the drive-thru, which to me is stupid because it's called fast food for a reason. I also was given a horrible, and soggy mcchicken and soggy burnt fries. I will only go to this McDonalds if it's the last food place on planet earth.
Extremely hit or miss, have had a lot of issues historically but I think they might be clawing their way back. Only go there out of convenience to location. Drive thru could take 2 minutes or 15 minutes. Last couple visits have been so so. Employee shortage can be an issue but I think it is more lack of quality training guidance. Only visit for breakfast, getting harder to pay $9 for a small sandwich, hash brown drink. Hope they can turn it around, a lot of locals have issue with this location. Pulling for you McDonalds...
They have no idea what they're doing they couldn't even print out a receipt because their kiosk machines had a paper jam. My order was on the screen but they kept on asking me did I pay for my order I felt like I was talking to a preschooler they need to go back to training their workers because the food wasn't that good My quarter pounder looked terrible like a little child made my sandwich The fries were cold It was like they had been sitting for awhile and my smoothie was the worst I've ever seen It looked like they didn't mix it well nothing it was like they they plopped it into the cup and My fingers were all sticky because on the outside of the cup was actually smoothie. The service was terrible making you feel like you're lying about paying for your order even though you see your order number on the screen. and the atmosphere I could see that people were unhappy because they were leaving before getting there food because it was taking too long and this young man came up and said that his sandwich was made wrong so I would avoid going to this place at all costs find another McDonald's.
I was initially going to give 2 stars, but after sending in my mobile order and receiving no confirmation, I was disappointed. Despite this, one lady accidentally dropped my cheeseburger and still handed it to me. Another lady thankfully gave me the correct order I had shown her, as well as a second cheeseburger that hadn't been dropped. The restaurant was clean, although there were many school kids waiting for their food in the lobby. Overall, it was a take-out service experience.
