My niece and I sat here for 27 minutes waiting for our food inside with no one there where's location ever. 8 people working and still didn't receive my food after 27 minutes went to cancel my order and it took 5 minutes just to cancel the order as well! Management didn't try to make it right at all just cancel it and said

Food was really slow. Ordered a plain double cheeseburger, they put onions on it, daughters dinner was ruined. Prices are out of hand, $3.89 for medium fries. Will go to Culver's next time.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese muffin and they only gave me a biscuit and sausage? At least put some cheese on it. I accidentally drove through the payment part and I could hear one of the employees complaining even though there was no one in the line and it didn't matter anyway. I could still pay at the second window. For sure never ordering from here again!
