After 1 hour of waiting; Our apéro is coming!! Hot! cool for a short champagne the aperos left and 10min later: "Sorry we don't have fresh champagne! but we can offer you a nice bottle of rosé. 10 minutes later and new ones: "What was it? the bottle you ordered? . limit to get up and go (this is what the next table has just done; 6 people) short after a meal that lasted 2h50 , we are offered desserts : no thanks !! the addition to avoid sleeping on site; this one arrives, and there!!! 3 meals and 3 cups of champagnes !!! sorry ops it is an error from us .... all the guests of the room have waited for 3 good hours in a religious silence, even a little background music to relax the atmosphere, very disappointed for a restaurant of this row. we had reserved for 30 people in September, I think canceled not to start the same galery again.

We were 5 (menus tasting) the aperitif was very uneven: delicious house cocktail but champagne at the cut that mediocre. The meal was good for 1convive/ 2.Some good entries: tatin, fish tartare, others and a bunch of coppa with fresh ultra salty cheese. When we noticed it at the waitress she went to tell the chief who said it was normal because of the coppa. the dishes, the veal too cooked, the beef well but the foie gras absent, the pena iberica very good and the desserts: I loved my pistachio gene bread but I don't remember any other desserts. Wines no memory and amateur service. Minimal lighting in the cloister. People even moved to get light. Too bad we won't go back

Very good dinner! spoiled by hotel guests, more Soviet than Russian, bringing their dinner and beer packs.... Tribute...The setting is beautiful, the excellent dinner.

We were enchanted by this place. whether it was at the reception or the services, everything was perfect. staff (reception and restaurant) is warm and really attentive. home cooking is tasty, the atypical setting. the standard room may be slightly small but it is not embarrassing since in the end it perfectly matches the atmosphere of the hotel. We will come back with great pleasure.
