Dunkin' - Saint Marys

This restaurant is definitely a favorite of mine. The staff is friendly and the service is incredibly fast. They never mess up an order and there are only ever 1 to 3 people ahead of you in line. I always go to Dunkin for my delicious coffee, whether hot or cold. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

This restaurant used to be a great place to grab coffee and breakfast in the mornings. However, the service has deteriorated in the past 2 months. The staff are rude, often make mistakes with orders, and refuse to correct them. Despite trying to avoid mistakes by ordering through the app, I have still been disappointed. My recent experience requesting a dark toasted English muffin resulted in a burnt one, while asking for a lightly toasted muffin ended up with no toasting at all. When I asked for the muffin to be toasted and buttered, the staff member was incredibly rude and refused to accommodate my request. She even yelled at me in the Drive-Thru. I was shocked by the poor service and will never eat there again after being mistreated for 2 months. I do not know the manager's name, but it is concerning that the staff member told me I was her problem. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone working in customer service.

We were the only customers present, so it was not due to being busy or rushed, just plain rudeness. I contacted the restaurant to complain, but the owner never bothered to reach out to me, indicating that they either condone or simply do not care about this kind of behavior.

Good sandwiches, but when you ask for less ice in a drink, they don't fill it all the way. A bit disappointing, but the quality of food is good.

Can't do mobile order because they have it turned off. Can't call in an order unless it's for tomorrow. What kinda of service is that???? Guess I will not frequent this DD. They obviously don't want the business. Then go thru drive thru and was told they don't have containers of cream cheese for the bagels. Very disappointed in this store and the performance of employees.
