The Fombeche dovecote is an institution in Touraine. The troglodyte restaurant was founded in 1967 by the grandmother... good traditional cuisine with very honest value for money. My husband, my daughter and I love this restaurant, the atmosphere, the decoration, the friendliness and kindness of the waitress and of course the quality of the cuisine. We went there the last time on Friday October 20 in the evening and we plan to return there the weekend of November 4/5. It's a real pleasure, relaxation and delight for the taste buds...I kept putting off making a comment on the Pigeonnier and now having seen JC's comment???
