Chalet des 2 lacs

We drove past this restaurant and decided to stop at lunch. amazing eating and personal. the black was a highlight, but also the black burger and lachs. so beautiful, have no expectations, but enjoy a delicious meal outside in feb the most spectacular ambiente.

Closest place should not be highest prices. Year after year prices are going up and plates become less and less in size. The very best place in mid of years of 2000 now looks empty inside because of the prices...

So easily accessible off the 2 Lacs chair (turn left at the top), we recently visited twice during our ski holiday for our mid-morning break. Lovely coffees and hot chocolates, and if you're really lucky, rock star seating next to a welcoming open fire. Love...it!

In an exquisite location in the beautiful val thorens this is the place for a delicious lunch with exceptional service. not your slap-dash usual farewell along the pists. a highlight of the ski week!

After a year of break we are back in our favorite hut. it's excellent. the people, the service are so different from other places in and around val thorens. the boss is great. the fondueabend on Thursday is an experience. they are picked up by the chef himself with the snowgroomer and enjoy a wonderful evening with the best eating, top service and of course good weine. a genepi never misses.
