Emeraude Sushi - Saint-Malo

From very far, one of the best I ate. Only the man behind the counter is worth the detour (word music), as friendly as the delicious dishes he prepares! Only one advice, book your order in advance. Bravo Vincent!

A follower a few years ago of a great sushi chain (practice for Saturday night deliveries, I was often disappointed by the quality, which despite their standart, was not always at the rendezvous. And then, to St Malo, point of fast food of sushi and so much better!! What a pleasure to discover the sushi caviar when we ate only lump eggs before... Sushi of an irreproachable fraicher (since made on demand and sometimes even at the end of manufacture when you come to look for them ; but above all with an unknown flavor... of originality every time, since sushis/maquis/rolls... are made with the return of the market of the day. Delicious tuna, succulent gravlax salmon, cooked salmon rolls with mustard sauce, only the chef with the secret... Anyway, the best sushi in my life! (and yet since, on holiday in the south, I have tested other artisanal sushi! . Don't forget to book! because the quality is appreciated...

Few inclined to attend this type of establishment or even eat these products for which freshness and quality are paramount, we put aside our a priori and tested successfully. An extremely friendly welcome from the boss, who took the time to explain his experience and know-how to us. We trusted him for a tray with several varieties and were not disappointed on the contrary. Must pass for amateurs if you are on Saint-Malo

Excellent address for the incomparable freshness of products and the quality of assortments. Sushis, makis and California rolls are delicious. Ideally think of ordering in advance!
