Restaurant de L'hotel Beausite

This restaurant has delivered one of my favourites in Switzerland. the chamois, with traditional eating pairings was delicious. everything on the plate was amazing. the service was also great. could have a better list of weeping through the glass, but the meal more then. for it.

We went to this restaurant without reservation, but they could still find a table for us if it was fully booked. they, where very friendly and eating was excellent. after ordering a bottle of weeping that we didn't like where they gave...and another bottle after they found out how much weeping. no problem and just changed until we liked what we had. very nice people and excellent eating.

We were a group of about 20 with a preordered menu. the service was very efficient, friendly and competent. local managers also support artists from the region who offer exhibition rooms. bus stop right in front of the house.

Visited the restaurant with friends who are native and have often eaten here. beautiful that they brought us, because although from the outside the place does not see all that special, but inside it is pretty and the evening meal very good. beautiful view of our window seat, although most tables do not have a look so early and ask for a window side table. friendly, quick service.

To discover !! for the kindness of the bosses, for typical cheese dishes: fondue, raclette or cheese croute. all excellent. as well as other dishes!!
