Starbucks - Saint Louis Park

Unfortunately, today was a real bummer. My 7:25am experience at your store ruined my morning. Your GardaWotld truck driver at the St Louis Park store on Mtka Blvd and Hi 7 illegally parked in a fire lane, blocking me and another driver. Both of us tried to get out but couldn't. I went into your store to ask the driver to move her vehicle, and she said she couldn't. She seemed to purposely delay in the store, then went to her truck and continued to delay. I first asked nicely in the store then was visibly angry at the driver. Your employees said they couldn't do anything. Really? Once the driver left and went to her truck, she hid herself in the truck and didn't leave. I went back into the store to ask your employee to do something about it, and that I was ready to call the police. The driver didn't move the truck out of the way. She eventually drove away while mockingly blowing kisses at me through the window. I was late for an appointment and am truly glad no one in my car or the other car needed medical attention. Please require your vendors to obey statutory law and safety protocols in my city and elsewhere. Could you also empower your employees to put the customer first? I have been going to this store for more than ten years--during COVID, nearly daily. Do customers and safety matter?

Updating review: still 5 stars but since a drink I ordered somewhere else was made wrong, she compensated me for it and I?m honestly so happy that she did. I didn?t expect her to do that. Her name was Jessica and this encounter was at 12:30 pm 06/24!

Unproffeaaional and they don?t even know what they doing if u ask them this is not the way u serve as starbucks customer. Their hatred towards you coming out. I?m starbucks customer i have right to have better treatment. Racist? stay away from that branch if you are black person. Thanks, Mohamed

When you advertise BOGO for Thursday happy hour and you only have 2 people working. That's a fail! As you can see the drive thru line is backed up, and it's no faster going inside (which I did). These poor girls are getting completely slammed but as long as THEY make a buck, deal with it. United States of Corporate America.

I enjoy this restaurant because the service is quick and it is conveniently located near my home.
